Enjoy a gastronomic tour in Tlaxcala, where you will be able to see and taste the delicious food that a Nahuatl community produces and consumes, this is exactly what you will be able to do in this tour, wear comfortable shoes because it is a 7 hour tour!

From the beginning, you will have a guide who will take you to a tlachiquero, a person who scrapes the maguey, where you will learn how the maguey can be used to obtain the mead and the fresh drink of pulque, which you can taste at your leisure.

Afterwards, you will head to the harvest fields that the community manages, and you will be able to participate in their planting; you will also visit an ancient Nahuatl house where you will learn how to grind corn in a metate to turn it into delicious tortillas that you can eat.

To satiate your palate, you will eat a delicious traditional dish of the region called Tlatapa, made of ground beans with nopales and chili, accompanied by campesina soup with delicious blue tortillas and blue corn water.
