September and October (and November after the 5th, after the Day of the Dead) are recommended seasons due to lower rates and pleasant weather because the rainy season has passed, the heat is not as intense as in the summer, and it is low season (except for September 15th and 16th, which are holidays for Independence Day). 

Additionally, starting from October 27th, the Day of the Dead season begins, which is also high season until November 5th.
