We all loved the traditional Oaxacan mole. Eating it in a restaurant is certainly not the same as trying the homemade seasoning of a local family. We had the opportunity to talk with the family, and even meet Don Chucho’s granddaughters. His wife accompanied us to buy cheese with a lady from the town and we bought some accessories from Ismael’s sister. We were also very grateful that they allowed us to leave our dog at home so we could go horseback riding. The warmth of Ismael and his family was what we enjoyed the most, in addition to the hot springs and the clay bath. We are very grateful to Ismael, Don Chucho, Jorge, Fernando and Chucho for joining us during the tour. Ismael was very attentive to us all the time. He was explaining the types of trees, animals, traditions and culture. We really enjoyed the company and it was without a doubt a unique and unforgettable experience. We were very happy, we would totally recommend it and even I would repeat it but this time staying in the cabins: D

After spending months looking for a local travel agency that would offer us the trip we wanted to do, and we found it, not only did it offer it, but it improved it infinitely. They made suggestions about what we wanted and offered us many things and various alternatives to the activities we wanted to do.
