The follow-up for the offer of the service, the proposal and confirmation of the trip, as well as the accompaniment of the trip was exceptional. Undoubtedly it is the added value of the promise of value that Rutopía makes. I congratulate them for the excellent service they provide, creativity and concern to make known these places to which we would hardly have access.

First visit to Mexico. Fully supported and backed by the Totonal agency, we had a great stay. We usually go in stand-alone mode because agencies have sometimes if not let us down, at least not lived up to our expectations, which was not the case this time, quite the opposite. The small daily hassles were handled remarkably. Very good feedback with our correspondents who were very responsive, if you want to go with an agency, you really have to go with Totonal (I’m not usually a big sycophant but when it’s good, it’s good).

The trip is tailor-made with the correspondent agency, during the trip you just have to let yourself go because everything is organized in detail. They accompany us upon arrival at the airport and until our departure. Whenever there is a problem, Totonal is there to solve it. The members of the agency are available and very friendly, we will keep good memories of our trip!
