We hired Totonal because we wanted to do a different type of tourism, not overcrowded, in harmony with nature and investing our money in indigenous communities. All the guides / staff that we meet in the different destinations are very professional, and very nice. An experience! In general I can say that Totonal organized a GREAT TRIP for us where we could live GREAT UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCES.

From when we started planning our trip to Mexico to driving and visiting cities, staying in our reserved hotels and going on excursions, they were always quick to respond to questions and gave us the information we were looking for. We especially appreciate staying in touch during our trip. All of your arrangements ran consistently without a hitch. We had a wonderful vacation and learned a lot about Mexico wherever we went, its history, its present, its daily life.

The trip was well organized in advance according to our wishes. When a tour had to be canceled, it was rebooked to us without any problem after consultation. Everything went very well on site too, thanks to a local contact who looked after us in a discreet and reliable way. Thanks for that! Gladly again!
