What to expect?
We will welcome you with open arms and ready to teach and guide you through the sustainable farm of the Mexican crocodile or Morelet (Crocodylus moreletii), a Wildlife Environmental Management Unit (UMA) with more than 700 crocodiles cared for by expert hands and committed hearts. with conservation. At the end of the tour, you can explore the elevated path between the mangroves or enjoy the water on the shore of the estuary. When you feel hungry, you can visit the local restaurant to try our delicious dishes. After a well-deserved rest, you will venture on a canoe ride in the Isla Arena estuary, cross it and enter a small river among the mangroves. You will enjoy the tranquility and the wonderful expression of nature. Sea, estuary, fish, birds, breeze and sunsets blurred in oranges and roses make this place a place of connection with nature. After a moving sunset we will say goodbye, wishing you a good way home.

Public transportation: From the city of Mérida, Yucatán, you can take a taxi in the city center (next to the San Juan church) to the city of Halacho. Upon arrival, ask for the taxi stand to Isla Arena and take a taxi asking to be dropped off at our ecotourism center.
Private transportation: From the city of Mérida, Yucatán, take the highway towards Campeche and deviate to go to the city of Halacho, go around the municipal palace and take the road to Isla Arena, after passing through the towns of Sihó and Tankuché you will reach your destination. From the city of Campeche, take the highway towards Mérida, Yucatán, and turn off to go to the city of Calkiní. Take the road to Isla Arena, you will pass through the towns of Nunkiní, San ta Cruz, San Nicolás and Tankuché.
